The LYQCL-40 Vertical Ultrasonic Vial Washing Machine is engineered for pharmaceutical manufacturers who demand reliable, validated and efficient vial preparation before sterilization and filling. Designed for 2–50 ml vials and an output of 3000–6000 BPH, it delivers consistent cleaning performance while keeping glass breakage to a minimum thanks to its optimized mesh-belt transfer, spring buffering and PU grippers. Independent spray needles for each medium, dedicated piping and 0.22 µm filtration for both water and compressed air help you meet the latest GMP/cGMP expectations for particle and contamination control.

The machine combines a powerful 800 W ultrasonic system (20–43 kHz) with a carefully designed 6‑station washing cycle using recycled water, WFI and sterile compressed air. Each nozzle follows and enters the vial neck, ensuring thorough internal and external rinsing without dead corners, while separate circuits for recycled water and WFI eliminate cross-contamination risk. Integrated heating and temperature control in the water tank enhance ultrasonic cleaning efficiency and allow you to fine‑tune the process for different products and contamination levels.

From an operator’s perspective, the vertical structure and transparent guarding provide clear visibility and safe access. The Siemens PLC with 10" touch-screen HMI offers recipe-based operation, parameter presetting for different vial sizes, real-time pressure and temperature display, as well as automatic alarms and event logging. When connected in line with a depyrogenation tunnel and filling machine, the washer supports interlocking and automatic stop on downstream fault or bottle jam, keeping the whole line running smoothly.

All product-contact components are made from SS316L, pharmaceutical-grade plastics and elastomers, resisting 70% IPA, hot water at 100 °C and purified water cleaning. The machine is supplied with a complete validation and documentation package, including DQ/IQ/OQ protocols, FAT/SAT support, manuals, drawings and material and calibration certificates, helping your team shorten qualification time and reach commercial production faster.
